Mediation may be defined as the negotiation of a dispute with the assistance and guidance of a neutral party known as a mediator. I offer mediation and related services to those involved in all types of (non-family) civil lawsuits. In brief, I help to settle cases.
To the role of mediator I bring substantive and practical knowledge of the litigation process gained from more than thirty years of experience as counsel. More importantly, I offer the collaborative skills, knowledge and techniques developed through extensive training and experience in the art of negotiation and mediation.
I am available to assist in the resolution of many different kinds of claims including those involving property damage, personal injury, professional negligence or commercial loss. I have particular familiarity with insurance coverage disputes, and enjoy the challenges of resolving multi-party litigation.
